A quirky breakfast surprise

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a short walk from Mejiro station, with plenty of convenience stores nearby. The room was clean and surprisingly spacious for Tokyo, and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful. The breakfast experience was a unique treat, served by a cute little robot!

However, the elevator did have a noticeable smell of smoke, which was off-putting at times. Noise from neighboring rooms could also be slightly distracting, especially at night.

Spacious room with comfort

The room's size can feel cramped for two individuals, with limited storage options like only four hangers in the closet. Unfortunately, the pillows lack comfort, which makes restful sleep a bit of a challenge.

The location is truly convenient, being just a five-minute walk from Mejiro Station. The friendly staff were incredibly helpful. they assisted me in making local travel bookings and even provided essential maps for nearby cafes and eateries.

Room size could be tight.

I loved how clean and spacious my room was, and the comfy bedding made nights super relaxing. There’s a nice little cafe upstairs with great breakfast options. A cozy garden area for unwinding. The only downside was some wear and tear in my room, but it didn't take away from my stay at all! 😊

The Richmond Hotel Tokyo Mejiro offers excellent amenities like a flat-screen TV, fridge, and electric kettle in the room. Its location is a big plus, just 100 meters from Mejiro Station, with plenty of nearby restaurants for great food options.

The location near the train station made it easy to explore the city, with quick access to major districts like Shinjuku and Shibuya. Staff were exceptionally helpful, providing support when my child was injured and even finding a doctor for us. The breakfast options were delightful, showcasing fresh cheese bread that we thoroughly enjoyed. However, the room size was smaller than expected, and despite the cleanliness, an older feel lingered in the decor.

It was just a decent option for a couple of nights in Tokyo with all in all brilliant value for money. The staff were super helpful when I needed directions to nearby shops, making my stay easier. Check the lighting for the sign at night. it’s pretty dim and can be hard to spot.

The hotel's proximity to Mejiro Station makes it a practical choice, especially for those with a Japan Rail Pass. Staff members consistently displayed kindness and assisted with logistics, even helping with laundry needs. Although the rooms are compact and could feel cramped for two, daily replenishment of toiletries and room products was a nice touch. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was unreliable at times, and the lack of a pool option for children was disappointing. Dining options included sweet cakes and a bakery nearby, perfect for quick snacks after exploring the quieter neighborhood.

Superb location near Mejiro Station made getting around a breeze. Loved the extra laundry facilities—who knew I’d be running a mini laundromat on holiday! Rooms were clean and tidy, which was all I needed.

The TV wanted my wallet to watch movies. sorry, not for that price! And those rooms? A view of a wall might have been the highlight.

Very cozy stay! The Comfort Double Room had an amazing setup with air conditioning, a fridge, and a smart TV. Loved the little perks like free toiletries and comfy pajamas! Access to the laundry area was super handy. Location is solid too, just a quick walk from Mejiro station. Would totally recommend.
